    Toll-free calling

    Pick a toll-free number and receive long-distance calls at no cost to your customers or partners and a low rate of $0.06 per minute for you. One toll-free number is included with Shaw Business Phone. A Shaw Customer Service Representative can activate your service.

    Audio conferencing

    Conduct teleconferences on-demand without specifying date, time, duration or number of participants. The service is self-managed, web-enabled and lets you pay only for time used.

    Faxing

    Shaw Business Phone works just like a traditional phone line and allows you to send and receive faxes. Subscribe to the Distinctive Ring reature so you can distinguish between your phone and fax machine ringing. Your first Distinctive Ring is free with the Business Phone Plus package.

    Voicemail to Email

    Keep all your messages in one handy spot. We can send your Voicemail messages to your email inbox for easy storage and location. Listen to the messages on your computer.

    Multi-line hunting

    Your customers won't hear a busy signal with multi-line hunting. This function allows a call to be transferred to the next availble phone line if your primary line is busy or no one answers. You'll need to advertise only one number for all your available lines.
