Troubleshooting your Internet connection
My Internet connection seems slow.
Please use our Shaw Speed Test to determine if your Internet connection is slow.
Ensure all connections are secured and remove any extra cable splitters.
Try connecting your PC directly to your Shaw Cable modem, bypassing your wireless router.
If you have Shaw Support downloaded onto your desktop, run the program to troubleshoot your Internet connection, email and security. It's a good idea to download Shaw Support and have it available to repair various connectivity and software issues or configure your email.
