SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT

Shaw offers several ways to order your Exo On Demand (VOD) selections — the website, your Shaw Remote using the Shaw On Demand button, or the iPhone/iPad touch app.

Using the VOD website 

1. Visit our VOD website and choose from an extensive library of titles, many of which are in HD.
2. Click the Order Now button to make your selection.
3. Sign in using your Shaw.ca email and password or with your Online Customer Care (OCC) account name and password. If you don't have an OCC account, you can register with your invoice account number and postal code.
4. Turn on your TV, press the Shaw On Demand button. You'll find you selection in your My Orders section.

Using the iPhone/iPod touch application 

1. Launch the Shaw VOD app on your iPhone or iPod touch and choose from an extensive library of titles, many of which are in HD.
2. Log in using your Shaw.ca email and password or with your Online Customer Care (OCC) account name and password. If you don't have an OCC account, you can register with your invoice account number and postal code.
3. Click the Order button to make your selection.
4. Turn on your TV, press the Shaw On Demand button. You'll find your selection in your My Orders section.

Using your Shaw Remote 

1. Press Shaw On Demand on your Shaw Remote.
2. Use the Page Up/Down buttons to take you through several categories.
3. Make your selection from hundreds of titles, the press OK.
4. Select YES to order and enjoy your title within the purchase window.
