• What if I don't have an @shaw.ca email account?
  Depending on your Internet service with Shaw, you can create up to 10 email addresses.
  
  To create a new address, sign in to your Customer Centre account. If you do not have an account, you will need to register for one with your Shaw account number, telephone number and postal code.
  
  Once you are signed in:

  1. Click Internet in the left menu.
  2. Click Manage Email and Webspace.
  3. Click Create Email Address and fill out the required fields.
  4. Click Submit.

   
• Will it cost extra to use the Shaw Exo WiFi Trial?
  No, costs will be included as part of your Shaw residential Internet package.
• Will I have to enter in my log-in credentials every time I want to connect to the Shaw Exo WiFi Trial?
  As a Shaw residential Internet customer you can register your devices to experience seamless access without the need to sign in again. The number of devices you can register depends on your Internet package. If you would like to use additional devices beyond what is included with your Internet package, you will need to sign in each time..
• How much data can I use with the Shaw WiFi Trial?
  Any data used while connected to the Shaw Exo WiFi Trial will contribute to the data included with your Internet package you subscribe to at home (i.e. Broadband 50). However, during the trial period, data usage will not count towards the data associated with your residential Internet package.
•
