I can't get online.

Getting online is usually trouble-free but if you do run into difficulties obtaining a dynamic IP address or using your static IP address, try the following:

 

  1. Disconnect and reconnect power to the modem.
  2. After the modem has come back online, request a dynamic IP address again. If you use a static IP address, try to access the Internet.
  3. If you're still having a problem, please contact us.
