To send and receive email with your new address, you’ll need to enter some basic information into your email program. If you use IncrediMail (Microsoft Windows version), please open the program, then follow the steps below.
To configure a Shaw High-Speed Internet Email account in IncrediMail:
- Open IncrediMail
- Click the Tools menu and select Accounts
- Click Add.
- Choose Let me configure settings myself.
- Click Next.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your @shaw.ca email address.
- Click Next.
- Confirm the Incoming mail server is set to POP3.
- Set Incoming and Outgoing mail server, where it shows shawmail below, to the recommended server name for your area as shown on the Shaw Server Names page.

- Click Next.
- The Account name field displays the Email username (characters before @shaw.ca).
- Enter the password in the Password field (displays as *********)
- Click Finish
- Click OK.
- You are returned to the Internet Accounts dialogue box.
- Click Close to return to IncrediMail.
IncrediMail is configured to send and receive Shaw High-Speed Internet Email.
