To order a Pay Per View movie or event in standard definition, use your Shaw remote control and follow these easy steps:
- Press Menu/Settings on your remote and select the Pay Per View icon
- Make your selection by highlighting the title and time of the program
- To view other available times for your movie or event, scroll to the right with your remote and click on the clock icon
- Select the BUY icon and press OK
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your order
To order an HD Pay Per View** movie or event, use your Shaw remote control and follow these easy steps. Please note a Shaw HD Digital Terminal and HD-capable TV are required to watch HD Pay Per View.

1. Which channels do I use to order Pay Per View events?
To order PPV events such as UFC, WWE and boxing, go to channel 300* for high definition and 319* for standard definition.
To order NHL PPV including Flames, Oilers and Canucks games, go to channel 310* for high definition and 320* for standard definition.

2. How do I know if I am ordering an HD Pay Per View title?
HD Pay Per View titles will appear with the letters "HD" at the beginning of the program description.
If you are trying to order an HD Pay Per View title, please ensure you have the proper equipment including an HD Digital Terminal and an HD-capable television.
3. What do I need to watch HD Pay Per View?
To enjoy HD Pay Per View you need an HD-capable television and a Shaw HD Digital Terminal.
4. How do I pay for a Pay Per View program?
When you order a Pay Per View program, movie or event it’s automatically charged to your Shaw account.
5. How do I set up my Pay Per View Purchase PIN?
- Press Menu twice on your remote to go to the Main Menu
- Select Setup and press OK
- Select PINS Setup and press OK
- Enter your new 4-digit PIN and EXIT
