Managing your Voicemail
I want to access my Voicemail away from my Shaw Home Phone.
We have three ways for you to check your Voicemail remotely:
- Call your phone number and press * when your Voicemail greeting begins. When prompted, enter your personal identification number (PIN).
- You can also set up Voicemail to Email with Customer Centre and access your Voicemail from any computer with an internet connection.
- To access your voicemail while away from your Shaw Home Phone, call the toll-free number at 1.866.656.7429 or 1.866.677.7429 from anywhere in Canada or the United States. When prompted, enter your mailbox number (your phone number including area code), then your PIN.
