Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Todd moved to Yellowknife NWT in his graduating year where he developed a passion for video editing. After receiving a push from his fiancé, Todd enrolled in the Cinema, Television, Stage & Radio (CTSR) program at the Southern Alberta Institute for Technology in Calgary, and received his broadcast diploma in 1995. After finishing school, he got married in Yellowknife, packed up everything, and followed his wife to Nanaimo B.C. on Vancouver Island. 
In 1995, Todd started his career with Shaw TV, and over the years he’s pretty much done it all. Produced and directed both live BCHL and WHL hockey. Produced, directed, shot and edited “The Tom Harris Chevrolet Locker Room” an interactive sports show for eight seasons that also won Best of The Northwest Award of Excellence, for sports coverage in 2006. Produced Sponsor Ads for central Vancouver Island SHAW TV and has enjoyed teaching and working with community volunteers. He has lead numerous camera workshops for both coworkers and volunteers. Plus every now and then, you can see him on Shaw TV Channel 4 as a video journalist.

When not at work, Todd likes to play hockey watch and make movies and spend time with his lovely wife and two children.

A prairie girl at heart, Jocelyn was born and raised in Calgary,Alberta where she was introduced to television and video production at a very early age. With a love for all things technical, Jocelyn found her forte in post production while enrolled in the Cinema, Television, Stage and Radio (CTSR) program offered through SAIT Polytechnic, graduating with honors in 2004.

She became part of the Shaw TV Nanaimo team in early 2005 and alongside shooting, editing and managing the social media accounts for Shaw TV Nanaimo, she also produces the award winning Nanaimo & District Crime Stoppers series, that most recently received international recognition at the 2015 Crime Stoppers International Conference in Toronto for "Best Television Special Report / Feature" for communities under 300,000.
