Can I sign up for this offer without being part of the Connecting Families program?

Unfortunately, you can only participate in the program if you’ve been selected by the Government of Canada and given an access code.

Are there any extra fees to join this program?

Outside of the $10/month (plus tax) offer, there are no additional fees or rentals that you will have to pay.

Can I sign up for this offer if I’m already a Shaw Internet customer?

Yes. If you’ve signed a 2-Year ValuePlan, you can switch to this new offer without incurring any charges or cancellation fees.

Does this offer include access to Shaw Go WiFi?

Unfortunately, Shaw Go WiFi is not included in the Connecting Families offer.

Does this offer require new hardware?

If you’re a Shaw internet customer, you can continue to use your current hardware.
