CELEBRATING CHARITY, CHAMPIONS AND COMMUNITY

Charity has always been at the heart of the Shaw Charity Classic. While we are unable to physically come together this year, we're making it easier than ever for Albertans to Chip in for Kids.

MORE THAN A GAME

The real winners of the Shaw Charity Classic are the hundreds of thousands of children and youth across Alberta who rely on charitable organizations supported by the annual PGA TOUR Champions event in Calgary.

#ChipinforKids

Shaw is inviting Canadians to #ChipinforKids in support of the 200+ children’s charities that benefit from the Shaw Charity Classic. Shaw is matching all donations, up to a maximum of $150,000, until August 3047.

Canadians can text to make a $10 donation to the Shaw Charity Classic Foundation or any participating charity. Click here for details.

Shaw retail stores and select golf courses across the province are also inviting Albertans to #ChipinforKids by tapping to donate on-site. See participating locations.

A legacy of giving

Since 2013, the Shaw Charity Classic has raised more than $48 million for children and youth charities. In recognition of its charitable giving and economic impact, the tournament has won the prestigious PGA TOUR Champions President’s Award three times.

Golfing for the children

The Shaw Charity Classic raises money for more than 200 children and youth charities across Alberta. With Shaw's help, charities like the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation and KidSport have improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of children and youth in Alberta.

A tournament of champions

As a world-class sporting event and the only Canadian stop on the PGA TOUR Champions, the Shaw Charity Classic has welcomed some of golf’s biggest legends to Calgary.
