During these unprecedented times, Shaw is helping Canadians get the help they need.

Canadians helping Canadians

While helping our customers and employees stay safe and connected, we’ve seen how COVID-19 has impacted Canadians. We created #ShawHelps to invest in our communities in their time of need.

Shaw pledges $1 million
to Community Food Centres Canada

The Community Food Centres Canada (CFCC) help low-income communities across the country through the power of food. During this time of crisis, our donation can ensure they can keep providing food and resources to the most vulnerable and impacted Canadians.

As well, we’re offering free Internet to all community food centres that use Shaw Business services. This ensures our partners can focus on supporting those in need without worrying about their Internet bill.

Keeping families connected

Through the Connecting Families initiative, we help thousands of low-income Canadians connect to the Internet. As these families face the biggest financial challenges, we’re offering two months of Internet for free.

Enriching our times at home

Learning doesn’t have to stop when the schools close. We’re launching a virtual education hub to assist Canadian families and businesses learn valuable skills while keeping safe at home.

We’re doing our part to help our fellow Canadians in this time of need. Follow the hashtag “#ShawHelps” here and on social media to keep up-to-date on everything Shaw is doing to support families and communities during the COVID-19 crisis.
