Starting January 1, 2021, regular rates are increasing on select Business Internet, Phone and TV services. Customers will receive advanced notification of the rate change through their monthly invoice. Customers who are on a contracted rate or introductory pricing with a price guarantee on their base services will not be charged the new regular rates until their contract or introductory rates end. Any Theme Packs or add-ons may be subject to an increase.
