Our Technical Support Representatives can provide assistance with your computer or internet connection problems. With Remote Desktop Assistance, we can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to help find a solution.

Note: A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of your computer problem. Your Shaw Technical Support Representative (TSR) will provide you with a code to enter into the field above.

You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in, allowing our TSR to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are always in full control of your computer and can override control of your mouse and keyboard. You can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
